The firm

Quiet, institutional, and long-horizon.

FidARTH is an independent accounting and advisory firm built by three partners: CA Srihari Tholasi, a chartered accountant with twenty-five years consulting on financial implementations and a Big 4 background, and two younger partners — CA Raj Kiran Kumar Mallela, a chartered accountant, and Samir, a licensed CPA — who drive the practice forward together.

We take a small number of engagements and stay through the full cycle. Independence, clarity and continuity are the whole practice — not a tagline.

Twenty-five years of judgement, applied to your file

Twenty-five years consulting on financial implementations — Big 4 and beyond — building the reporting, systems and controls companies actually run on. Every engagement is scoped, reviewed and signed off personally at this level.

Chartered Accountant

The engine room, run by someone who is in it

A chartered accountant running the accounting day to day — the close, the books, the tax positions, internal audit and SOX testing, and the retirement planning that only works when those are right.

Licensed CPA

The CFO seat, without hiring one

A licensed CPA handling CFO advisory and compliance — forecasting and board-level reporting, the compliance calendar, and the reporting pack a lender or board actually reads, so the business runs on numbers someone senior is accountable for.

One team

Three partners, one file, no relay.

Chartered accountant and CPA credentials under one roof mean accounting, CFO advisory and risk work stay in-house — not handed to a second firm to interpret. The partners who scope an engagement are the ones who deliver it.

How we work

Principles we practice, not posters.

Senior attention, every engagement

The advisor who scopes the work does the work. No account-manager relay, no junior hand-offs.

Numbers you can act on

Reporting is only useful if it moves a decision. We build outputs people actually use — close, forecast, plan, control.

Four disciplines, one file

Business, retirement, estate and risk are one financial life. We keep them in one view instead of four silos.

Documentation as a habit

Memos, decision trails and clean workpapers by default — so governance survives scrutiny, not just the meeting.
